Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • Penne 350 gr
  • Chopped Pistachios 50 gr
  • Pistachio Grain 50 gr
  • Onion 1/2
  • Cooked ham or bacon 50 gr
  • Cooking cream 200 ml
  • Milt to taste
  • 1 Knob of butter
  • Brandy to taste

Instructions:
melt the butter in a saucepan and sauté the chopped onion. Add the diced ham and a little chopped pistachios. Amalgamate it, flame it with brandy and add the cream diluted with milk. Cook the pasta in abundant boiling salted water and strain it al dente. Skip the pasta in a pan with the sauce, pepper and serve sprinkled with pistachio grain.
