The Pistachio Colomba is the result of three natural leavening processes with sourdough starter that give the dough an irresistible softness and fragrance. All the processing is artisanal and the cake does not contain any kind of preservatives or dyes. We have included delicious pistachio and chocolate nuggets in the dough. To crown this dessert, a dark chocolate coating, with pistachio granules and “Cioccolato di Modica IGP.”

The cream is separate, included in the package, to be spread as desired on the slices. It is the delicious 60% Pistachio Cream, a triumph of deliciousness. Complimentary you will also find the Sciara spreader, designed for spreading the most mouth-watering creams.

Tips on use:
Lightly warm the Pistachio and Modica Chocolate Colomba, it will release a delicious fragrance when cut.

If you have a riser with a foot, place the Colomba on it and bring it to the table still whole. The dramatic effect is guaranteed and it will be easier to cut. The ideal knife is a long, serrated knife.

Before bringing the 60% Pistachio Cream to the table, open it and mix it so that it is uniform. In fact, since it is a natural product, there may be a slight separation of the oil that comes to the surface. Place our spread inside so that it is ready to be used by guests.

Colomba (net weight 750 g): WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), BUTTER (MILK), sugar, chocolate drops 11% (cocoa mass, sugar, dextrose, emulsifier: SOY lecithin), , EGG yolk, YEAST natural (WHEAT), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, honey, skimmed MILK powder, salt, natural flavourings.
