Farfalle with pistachio pesto, buffalo mozzarella and tomato

Ingredients

  • Farfalle 160 gr
  • Pistachio Pesto 4 tablespoons
  • Buffalo mozzarellas 8
  • Medium tomato 1
  • Salt to taste

Procedure

  1. Wash and dry the tomato, cut it in half, remove the inner seeds and dice it.
  2. Cut the mozzarellas into 4 pieces and keep them aside along with the tomato.
  3. Cook the pasta al dente and, once cooled, toss it with the Pistachio Pesto.
  4. Add the tomato and mozzarellas, stir gently, and finally serve.
