Brief description:
The primary objective of the investment is the growth of the company, which, having previously operated solely in the marketing of products processed by third parties, now aims to evolve into a production enterprise.
The company intends to focus on the processing of almonds and pistachios, which will be sold shelled, as flour, as chopped kernels, and as 100% pure paste without the addition of any elements or alteration of the physical–chemical characteristics of the final product. In addition to these products, which are already marketed by the company, the investment will make it possible to diversify the product range through the production and sale of roasted almonds and pistachios.
Objectives:
The company has structured the investment programme around the purchase of the machinery required for production, selecting equipment that ensures high quality, innovation, and low environmental impact.
The investment programme therefore focuses on the following goals:
• development of new products, processes, and technologies;
• rationalisation and strengthening of corporate logistics;
• implementation of an integrated IT management system covering all relevant business processes (procurement, warehouse management, sales, accounting, etc.);
• enhancement of product quality through investments supporting the adoption of quality, traceability, and environmental management systems.
