Hazelnut Cream Biscuits with Chopped hazelnuts

Ingredients

  • 350 g Sciara Hazelnut Cream
  • 150 g 00 Flour
  • 1 organic egg
  • Chopped hazelnuts to taste

Procedure

  1. To prepare our Hazelnut Cream Biscuits, start by taking a large bowl and, with the help of a whisk, mix 190 g of Hazelnut Cream (1 jar) with the egg until you obtain a smooth cream.
  2. Add the flour little by little, trying not to create lumps.
  3. Mix everything with your hands and form a dough.
  4. Cover it with cling film and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Take a baking tray and cover it with baking paper.
  6. After the time in the refrigerator, take the dough and divide it into many balls the size of a walnut.
  7. Place the balls on the baking tray, well spaced apart.
  8. Bake the biscuits in a static oven at 170° for about 10 minutes.
  9. When the biscuits are cooked, take them out of the oven and let them cool.
  10. Once cool, spread the Hazelnut Cream on top and sprinkle with the Chopped hazelnuts. Here are our Hazelnut Cream Biscuits ready to taste!
