Greek yogurt differs from regular yogurt because it is strained three times, compared to the two times of regular yogurt. This makes it thicker, creamier, and richer in proteins.
Sciara Pistachio Paste is simply lightly toasted pistachios finely ground, without the addition of anything else. The paste obtained in this way allows us to enjoy all the beneficial properties of our green fruit, without any additives.
The No-Cooking Pistachio Yogurt Cream is excellent both as a snack and for breakfast, to start the day off right. This is the light, healthy, and protein-rich version. Some people also add a little powdered sugar to the recipe to make it even more indulgent.
