No cooking Yogurt and Pistachio Cream

Discover the simplicity and freshness of our No-Cooking Yogurt and Pistachio Cream. A light and delicious dessert ready in just a few minutes. This cream, perfect for warm days, is rich in proteins thanks to the Greek yogurt and has the irresistible aroma of pistachio. A perfect recipe to indulge in a guilt-free moment of pleasure.

Ingredients

  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Sciara 100% Pistachio cream
  • Sciara chopped Pistachio to decorate

Procedure

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt well with the 100% pistachio paste, until you obtain a uniformly colored preparation.
  2. Place it in a teacup.
  3. Put the cup in the freezer for about 40-45 minutes.
  4. Remove the cup with the Yogurt and Pistachio Cream, cover the surface with chopped pistachios, and enjoy!

The summer heat is kicking in, and the desire to cook becomes zero. We really need something tasty, fresh, and quick to prepare. Here comes to our rescue the No-Cooking Yogurt and Pistachio Cream. Just mix Greek yogurt and Pistachio Paste, and leave the mixture in the fridge for 45 minutes. And there you have it: a fresh, delicious, and truly light dessert awaits us.

Greek yogurt differs from regular yogurt because it is strained three times, compared to the two times of regular yogurt. This makes it thicker, creamier, and richer in proteins.

Sciara Pistachio Paste is simply lightly toasted pistachios finely ground, without the addition of anything else. The paste obtained in this way allows us to enjoy all the beneficial properties of our green fruit, without any additives.

The No-Cooking Pistachio Yogurt Cream is excellent both as a snack and for breakfast, to start the day off right. This is the light, healthy, and protein-rich version. Some people also add a little powdered sugar to the recipe to make it even more indulgent.
