Tiramisu is one of the most famous Italian recipes in the world, and an unmissable dessert on the menus of all restaurants or on special occasions at home! Its importance in our culinary tradition is such that it has been recognized as a PAT, Traditional Italian Food Product. But what happens if the tiramisu recipe arrives here in Bronte? Well, that it will become a delicious Pistachio Tiramisu without eggs!
A curiosity about Tiramisu, its recipe has only appeared in cookbooks since the 1960s, so fairly recently. Since then its spread has been so rapid that today the word tiramisu appears on more than 200 million websites, in 60 different languages.
Our friend and food blogger Patrizia from "In the Kitchen with Patty" today will explain how to make Pistachio Tiramisu without egg. In this version of the recipe, Patrizia decided to create single-portions in a glass that are beautiful to look at... and mouth watering! The recipe calls for the use of the planetary mixer to prepare the Pistachio and Mascarpone Cream with which we will fill our dessert.
In the photos, our Eggless Pistachio Tiramisu is garnished with caramelized sugar. The procedure for creating this type of decoration is very simple. Just melt 6 tablespoons of caster sugar in a nonstick saucepan. When the sugar is melted simply use a spoon to create shapes on the baking paper and then let them cool before peeling them off and using them as decorations.
